Booking your space in Consort E3

When your booking is confirmed, our team will send you instructions on how to make payment via bank transfer only. Please refer to the terms and conditions, which we will provide, for further information.

You must pay a 50% deposit, via bank transfer, once we have confirmed your booking. Full payment is payable within 14 days prior to the event. In the event that you book with less than 14 days notice, full payment will be required when your booking is confirmed.

We are open Monday to Friday, for morning, afternoon and evening sessions. Book for day (8.30-17.30) or half-day (8.30-12.30, 13.00-17.00, 17.30-21.30).

Yes, you will be charged at a daily rate. Please send us an enquiry to find out our prices.

You can book at any time, subject to availability.

If you cancel 28 days prior to the event, a 50% refund is available. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non refundable.

We will work with you to find alternative dates that are mutually convenient. In the event that this is not possible, all payments including your deposit will be fully refunded. We reserve the right to cancel if there is a force majeure event.

The maximum bookable capacity is 60 people.

Facilities & Equipment

Our space is fully customisable to your requirements, details of which can be discussed prior to your booking. There are a range of room layouts available, for more information about layouts, please refer to the gallery on our home page.

We provide equipment such as presentation screens, whiteboards, Wifi, parking and movable furniture. For more information, please refer to our home page.

Yes. We can provide you a host for your event at an additional cost. If you would like a host, please add this to your booking enquiry.

Yes. We can provide refreshments, buffet lunch or dinner, canapés all served in E3. We can also arrange off-site meals at the nearby Courtyard Marriot hotel. All catering will be provided at an extra cost. If you would like catering, please add this to your booking enquiry.

Yes you can bring your own equipment, but please provide us with details in advance.

Yes we provide conference facilities. You can cast from your device to our screens or connect via cable.

Planning Your Trip

Consort E3 is based on the First floor at Harper & Keele Vet school, at the Keele University Campus, near Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Consort E3 is protected by access points. On the day of your visit someone will greet you and ensure you have the correct access throughout your event. You will be provided with a visitor pass, which must be visible at all times.

We have free parking available on site, including accessible spaces and EV charging. You will need to advise us of vehicle registration in advance.

Yes. Our partnership with Courtyard by Marriot can provide over night accommodation for your event, subject to their availability.

The Marriot Courtyard hotel is a two-minute walk from Consort E3. They offer contemporary, spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi, hot buffet breakfast and free parking.

If you require overnight accommodation, once you have confirmed your booking with E3, we can provide you with a booking link to access preferential rates.

Accredited assistance dogs and assessed teaching animals are welcome in Consort E3. We cannot accept other animals or pets of any kind during your visit.
